Ordering & Delivery
When will I get my order?
  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Typical delivery within Europe: 1-4 days.
  • If delivery is delayed, we will notify you. You may cancel for a full refund if we cannot deliver within a reasonable extended time.
How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping costs are shown clearly before checkout and included in your order confirmation.
  • Return shipping (when exercising the withdrawal right) is borne by customer.
Can I track my parcel?
  • Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS.

Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy? (Right of withdrawal)

Consumers shopping online have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.

  • Notify us within 14 days via our contact page
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notification.
  • Refunds include the original delivery cost, processed within 14 days.
  • You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.

⚠️ Important for self-testing kits:
For hygiene and health protection reasons, self-tests cannot be returned if the packaging seal has been broken. Only sealed, unused, and unopened tests are eligible for return.
Are any purchases final sale?

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of condoms, lubricants, or self-testing kits once the packaging seal has been broken or tampered with.

Unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, in line with EU and Danish consumer law.

Is the test accurate?

Yes. When instructions are followed carefully, accuracy is up to 94–99% depending on the test type.
What should I do if I test positive?

A positive result means the relevant bacteria/virus/condition was detected. Consult your doctor for confirmation, advice, and treatment.
What if the test shows a negative result but I have symptoms?

Always consult your doctor. Symptoms may indicate another condition or a false negative.
Can I use the test for regular screening?

Yes, our self-tests are suitable for regular screening, particularly if you are sexually active with new or multiple partners.
Is my privacy protected?

Absolutely. Tests are shipped discreetly, and use is 100% anonymous. However, if you test positive, we strongly advise you to consult your doctor.
Do I need to prepare before taking the test?
  • Wait at least 7 days after sexual intercourse for STI tests.
  • Carefully follow the included instructions.
